Apostle Dr. Willetta Williams

Sheppardess  ,Mother of Zion , Apostle Dr Willetta Sue Williams  is the founder and executor of a non-denominational teaching and Prayer Ministry  called Noel Covenant Ministries  International .  The Ministry has been based in Phoenix, AZ since 1990.

Her scriptural foundation is based on equipping those called and or ordained by God for the great commission.  Matt. 28: 19-20, Eph 4:11, Jer 29:11
Her vision is based upon Isaiah 43 : 18,19 and  Obadiah:  1:17 .  She believes in holiness, deliverance and the manifestation of your God given Destiny.

 Dr Willetta operates under the anointing in the in the area of prayer, prophesy, healing and deliverance.  She accepted the calling in 1987 in Phx . , AZ, and has been used by the Lord to preach the gospel in many cities in the United States.  Her personal love, commitment and passion for the work of the Lord have made her an anointed vessel for the Kingdom for such a time as this.  It challenges those around her to seek God more fervently. ”.  

 Dr Willetta   believes that the word of God and prayer is a vital tool in the life of a believer.  It is one of the greatest weapons our Lord gave us.  The Lord Jesus Christ started and ended His Ministry with prayer according to the scriptures.  Thus her Ministry holds midnight prayers, Prayer vigils.  In  the twenty five years Ministry, Dr Willetta has held to true to the vision that the Lord has given her, summed up in the words of Luke 4:18-19... β€œTo preach the gospel; to heal the broken hearted and to preach deliverance to the captives and to declare the acceptable year of the Lord.(” She is a staunch advocate of education and holds several degrees 

 Our goal is to reach abroad, travel internationally teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and preparing a people. Eph 4:11
